Turn your cheap (or expensive for that matter) ear buds into a sports model with this little hack.
I bought these at my local dollar store but any of the barrel types should work.

Amazon or our
website. You can get an assortment for around $5.00. They come Is small, Medium and Large. I used the small ones and had to use the small gels that came with the earbuds to shim them for a tight fit.
These are much more comfortable and secure than the originals.
For under $10 you have a sports model earbud headset that will stay in your ear while jogging working out or whatever
